New home owner looking for roommate

Here's a little about me and what I'm looking for:

About me:
I'm 31, white male, I work in the Software and video game industry. I'm a bit nerdy, I love video games and watch some anime.

But I'm also really into sports. I grew up playing basketball and now coach youth basketball 6 months out of the year. I'm a huge advocate of trying to bring the Sonics/NBA back to Seattle. And I'm a big Storm (WNBA) fan as well. Of course, I love the Seahawks, Go Hawks! And I'm also into watching the UFC/MMA.

Other than that, I enjoy going out to see live music and hanging out with my friends.

I tend to be more of a night owl. I'm usually up until 12:00-1:00am and wake up around 7:00am for work.


WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
First off, I have to rule out the following:
1. No smoking or drugs.
2. No pets (aquarium animals maybe)
3. No kids (I'm looking for just one roommate).

I am open to male or female. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who works in the Tech industry. Microsoft Interns welcome!

If you're a gamer, I'm sure we'd get along really well. Same if you're into sports.

I want to keep the place relatively clean. So I'd like someone that is going to be responsible. With that said, I'm not a neat freak.

Ideally, I'm looking to offer Month to Month, or something more short term (at least to begin with). Maybe 3-6 months to start and we can go from there.

Before you'd move in, I'd like to meet for coffee or lunch and talk and get to know each other at a minimum.
