Virgil Ave Upper Apt w/ balcony

3 bedroom upper apt in north buffalo on Virgil Ave. Looking for 1 roommate to move in, my current roommate is moving out October 1st. Apt is clean and furnished. Washer and dryer in basement, attic storage, and balcony. Rent is $325 plus utilities (electric,gas,internet, and netflix if you watch it). With utilities, the total on average every month will be around $400, going up a little bit in the winter of course. I have 2 cats, so would probably be best if you don't have any pets.....
