1 room for Rent in 3bed/2bath

Hello!!

I am giving up my portion of the lease in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. I have one of the biggest rooms and I have a large closet as well. You will be taking up my portion of the lease so you'd be deposit + rent. So it would be $1498.00

I honestly wouldn't be leaving the place if i couldn't afford it. The apartment is all hardwood floors plus a large balcony. The kitchen stove and fridge are completely brand spanking new. The only carpet in the apartment are in the bedrooms. I also have the most wonderful roommates who I am sad to part with. You will also be getting one parking spot and the bathroom is only shared with the other roommate.

About my room:
The mattress you see in the picture is a queen sized bed. My room is really large and spacious. You can easily fit a queen size bed, large desk, AND STILL have room to do exercises in there haha.

What you are near
you are within walking distance to the westgate plaza. So that means you are near a shopping center, movie theaters, 2 grocery stores (trader joes and sprouts). This apartment is so centrally located in Campbell it's ridiculous. So beautiful and only 10 minutes away from downtown Campbell.


About my roommates
I live with 3 guys. 2 share one room and the other gets the other single. These guys are the most nicest people I have ever met and are very chill. I absolutely love them to death and wouldn't give them up if it for my finances.

Move in date; Oct 1st

I am wanting to move out by the end of the month, so if you could come visit the apartment by today or tomorrow (sunday) I am game to meet up with you!
