Large room [225 sf] in Church Hill

[1] Large bedroom is available in a long rented church hill house. Its a fairly common 2 story / mansard fronted / 2BR / of about 1300 sq ft total area. Currently, I live alone......I prefer someone who is similar to me in diet at a minimum: I won't eat any pet animals or any with cloven hoofs: (horse, beef, pig, goat, lamb), but turkey, chicken, gator, rattlesnake, deer tenderloin, oysters, and more, are still on the table. I use almond milk instead of dairy, but I still eat some ice-cream / use a little butter, ..that, and NEED that you to be tobacco free, both inside and out, as I am allergic to cigarette smoke........[but I have been known to inhale some types of smoke].......The house has original wood floors; a fenced yard; and a fairly efficient heat pump. I have two very friendly but large and powerful dogs, so only the right breed will mix well if you have a companion. I am an animal activist who recently launched my own 501(c)3 non-profit organization, called No More Traps, Inc. WiFi, basic cable, utilities included. Furnished or unfurnished. Under the right circumstances, rent can be negotiated to a degree. A security deposit needs to be discussed too.
