Hi! I’m renting out one room with shared bathroom. It’s a 3 bedroom house with myself and one other roommate (male ) we are in the hospitality industry so we work different hours. Rent is $ month to month. Looking for a female preferably with a full time job outside the home. Must provide proof of income.
