Mid-thirties, quiet, nonsmoker. I just got a job in Brea, and I'm looking for a room to rent ASAP somewhere in the surrounding area. I don't have any pets right now but I do love animals, so if you have them I'm more than happy to share space with them. LGBT+ friendly, open to all genders, races, religions, etc. I've lived with a variety of people and I'm willing to adapt to match your level of cleanliness/messiness. I don't party much at all, and mostly stay in and watch Netflix in the evenings, but I'm very easygoing and can sleep through nearly anything. Stuff I need in a rental: - Private room (flexible on shared bathroom) - Good internet - Access to a kitchen (I cook a lot - happy to share if you're interested) - Decent parking situation Stuff I'd like but could live without: - Laundry on- - Storage space I currently have a lot of my stuff in a storage facility - furniture and cooking gear and (many, many) books, mostly - so while I could work with a furnished place, being able to haul some of that out would be amazing.
