2 bdrm - 1 bath apartment in heart of Davis island right behind shops & restaurants (next to park and a block away from water) -- right near downtown / south tampa my name is colleen - I'm 37; a young professional who has steady job. I work majority of the week, some weekends if need/when required. I am looking for a roommate who is chill who also their own social life. During the week, I live in a quiet environment due to work schedule. My apartment is completely furnished except your bedroom. Your bedroom is 12' x 11' & a closet that is 6' x 2'6" I do require a $400 deposit (non-refundable) and its $700 per month all utilities included (electric, water, trash, and cable w HBO/ShowTime /Wi-Fi) Your room has its own cable box/remote as well. I do have a 5 years old, 10lb peekapoo (pic attached) he is pretty chill so if you are not comfortable with dogs then this isn't the right fit for you.
