Hi everyone! I am moving to Chico State for Graduate School and need to have someone take over my room beginning Dec 1st, however we can be flexible give or take a few days. This lease runs until end of Feb, however if you enjoy living here and want to renew the lease you can. You would be living with 3 other roommates, one who is also 30 the other two are in their 20s. You would be living with two guys and one girl. Rent is $810 per month and utilities range anywhere from $50-70 per month. The deposit is also $810, however I am able to work with you slightly on this due to needing to get out of this lease before I move.
