A single parent with one small child welcome and Ideal! **First and last month rent upon moving in! **6-12 lease please unless you pre-pay me in full for shorter stays. **A small dog or cat may be allowed if we all get along. Pet deposit $250 will be returned at move-out minus any damage or cleaning! Utilities are split 3 way averaging $100 each which includes super fast WiFi, water, and electricity and is included in the rent each month! I run the A/C pretty much year round!
