About me

We are looking for a roommate in the cherry creek area who can afford $556 a month plus utilities. We live in a 5 bed 5 bath house with a two door garage, backyard and front yard, and a washer. Looking for someone who is responsible and will clean up after themselves. Must be okay with cats, electronic music, occasional partying, and 420 friendly. We are all college students ( people now, 2 girls three guys) with busy college and work schedules and are looking for someone in a similar situation; hopefully no older than 26 to avoid age hierarchy (had a terrible experience with a previous roommate because of this). We are all artists in the fields of video production, fine arts, cosmetology, music production, and massage therapy. Please be honest, we will do a background check. We're really easy going and love to have fun. We need someone in by november 1st, no down deposit. We can negotiate any further details upon contact.
