My apartment has a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, shared living room and a large balcony. The building has a small basement gym and rooftop hangout area. The apartment is 1 block away from the subway (lines ). I’m looking for a clean and respectful roommate to fill my current roommates bedroom. I am the only roommate you will have!
