Looking for 2 roommates to move in April. I live in a row house in the Petworth neighborhood. Rent is $1315 and utilities not included. There is a lot of free street parking and a parking spot in the back. Each person gets 2 rooms and bathroom. Washer and dryer included. The pictures show both spaces of the basement and the two rooms on the second floor. A little about me: I’m in my 20s and work at a law firm in office. I enjoy city life, reality tv, reading, thrifting, and hiking. I’m looking for roomies that are LQBTQ+, cat, and 🍃 friendly. My two current roommates are moving out due to changes in circumstances, and they’d been here almost 4 years - in that time we’d all become great friends and I’d like to find roommates who’d be interested in being friends!! The house is beautiful & super conducive to hanging out, but I’m also looking for people who respect down time & social battery.
