Move in date would be end of march/beginning of april.Amenities:- in unit washer and dryer- AC/HeatLocation:Near East Hollywood/K-Town4 miles away from downtownThe bedroom:this room has a walk in closet and own bathroom on the 1st floor. there is street parking available for this spot (but there is a drive way parking spot that you can park in if there is no street parking available but will have to be moved for street sweeping) rent is $ + utilities (comes out to usually $) for the room!We're looking for someone who is clean and respectful!My roommate is a male but he's a really chill guy and he does work a hybrid schedule so he's home 3 days a week working from his room.
