Furnished room includes all utilities, Wi-Fi driveway parking, personal mini fridge and full use of kitchen, laundry room, and use of loft desk and bookshelf. Spare sheet and towels are available. Only one other roommate and that’s the owner. Bedroom is not an en suite, but we have soul use of the bathroom (exception is my -year-old granddaughter who may need to use the bathtub).
