Utilities and monthly maid cleaning are split evenly among the household. One block to local and express busses, less than a mile to the Georgia Ave Metro station for the green and yellow subway lines, walk to Safeway, Walmart, organic market, CVS and casual eateries. Myself and previous tenants wanted to keep the home a calm refuge after a long day at work, so this is a guest-free space during the work week.
