we are looking for two females to fill rooms for rent available March 1st (or earlier if needed). We are located on the balboa peninsula so location is AMAZING! Water view and new appliances might I add 🙂The rooms have a shared bathroom with one other girl. We are both very clean, fun, and respectful.Rent is - $ for the master (massive)- $ for a mid size room () - $ for the smallest room ()(plus utilities and internet which is about no more than $ per month.)The property is on the top floor with two balcony’s and ocean view! We have a washer and dryer. No pets allowed unfortunately. we would love to find someone asap - need a decision by end of this month :)
