I live in a bathroom house in the Collet Quarry neighborhood in Rocklin. We are 7 minutes from Roseville Galleria and minutes away from Top Golf and some of the best restaurants around. The room is partially furnished with a dresser, nightstand, and ” flat screen tv. Can all be moved out if you have your own furniture, or you can use them. renting 1 bedroom and 1 private bathroom for a a month plus half of all utilities. I’m asking for a $ deposit with a minimum 6 month lease. I prefer a first & last month’s rent up front but that could be negotiable. There’s a refrigerator personally for my roommate as like to keep refrigerators private. There’s street parking. There’s also on washer & dryer. I have a 8 year old pit/boxer mix dog that’s super friendly so you would have to tolerate a dog being around sometimes. A little about me: I’m a year old male. I work in construction and own my own buisness so I work M-F pm and I workout days a week, and my favorite hobbies are fishing, snowboarding, cooking, dirt biking etc. I’m in a 2 year relationship and her and my stepson visit every other weekend and are extremely kind and friendly. I’m a very clean person and I expect my roommate to do the same and to respect my space and privacy as will do the same for you. I have house cleaners come clean the house once a month to bleach, sweep, and mop. I cook a lot and if I make extra food I sometimes share if my roommate is interested. I like to keep things quiet. I don’t want any heavy drinkers, NO SMOKERS, no pets, no live in girlfriends or boyfriends, no kids. I want a roommate to make my life easier, not more difficult. I expect all rent and utilities paid on time or early. I never want to hear excuses. Not my problems.. So if you cant afford the rent and utilities please do not waste my time. I would like to meet by talking over the phone first and if I feel its a good fit then I will schedule a walkthrough and go from there. TY!
