It would be on a month to month basis I’m looking to have a female roommate! I’m the homeowner. The bills would be included in this price! The room would not be furnished! I have one cat I do have a fridge lol these are pictures before I bought the town home. The room would also have a private bathroom as well. The main roads don’t look all that good but where my actual house is it’s a nice spot we have no problems here and all the neighbors know each other and are very friendly!
