I’m and go to CU Denver business school. I’m in my last year of a marketing degree and have been working at Del Frisco’s (steak house) in cherry creek for 4 years.
My classes are all online this semester but I like to get out of the house and work at coffee shops as well.
I work at the restaurant at 5pm and am home by mostly before. I’m quiet.
The last house I lived in was from a similar group but the owner and his gf are having a kid so the hunt is on again. It worked out great and can send you more info if you’d like a reference.
I have no pets, a decent amount of houseplants, and I live pretty minimal. I also have a storage unit so I won’t need to move much items in the house.
I commute on an electric scooter and ride a motorcycle/ dual-sport dirtbike in the summertime. What is the parking situation like? Is there a garage/ shed or private parking?
