I'm moving to Naples in February and will need a place to live. I'm clean, quiet, respectful of noise levels and house rules, I don't smoke, drink much, or do any types of drugs, and I'm not very social (so I won't bring loud friends home). I'm never late with rent, but - full disclosure- I have one eviction from that was caused by circumstances outside my control (I'll be happy to explain), but won't be repeated.
