⭐️looking for a roommate⭐️ Hi! We are laina (left) and anna(right) and we are looking for a 3rd roommate to take over our previous roommate's lease at the grove for the school year. - It is a bath apartment with so much space, including your own walk in closet and bathroom! Rent is /month + utilities, but the Grove gives you a $/month utility credit. Parking is free, there is a bus stop right on , and it is just 5 minutes from campus (S Grand Ave). They have awesome amenities such as a pool, gym, tanning beds, coffee bar, and much more!! Our previous 3rd roommate will also take care of the reletting fees as well. - We are both super out going, and we're always down for a fun night out or a chill night in.
