Hey! My name is Sienna and I am looking for a resident to take over my apartment in MSU for spring semester of starting in January. Flat rate is $ dollars for insurance fees making it $. Your water and wifi are added to your rent and you also pay electricity though the app. I would say total I pay around $ for everything minus electricity. I also have a free annual bus pass I can give you if don’t have a car to reach campus (about min away). I have 3 wonderful roomates who are all female and are on the MSU field hockey team.
