The room has a ceiling fan, a small closet, baseboard heating, a small desk and chair, a dresser, a closet, and a twin bed with cubbies in the headboard. There is a window AC unit air conditioner that you can use in the warm months. My half-bathroom is ensuite, so, except for my using the shower in the mornings, it’s all yours.I’m on the second floor of a three-floor building with an elevator across from Central Park on the east side of Roseville. There is a shared coin-operated laundry room steps from the door, and it’s only cents per load. There’s a community building in the courtyard with a heated pool, game room, small exercise room, and a patio with grills in the warmer months. It’s quiet, the neighbors are nice, it’s close to Highway Thirty-, and many shopping options are miles away. There is a secure entrance, ample off-street parking. I like where I live, and I think you will too.
