Hello! My name is Liz and I am living with my friend Carlos. We are both very kind but Carlos can be a little shy at first. We are looking for people to fill up two rooms at the start of next year (January at the soonest). We don't want people with kids here please, but couples, lgbt and smokers are welcome here! All we ask is that you keep the common shared areas clean! The rent would be a month, and the move in fee is actually a security deposit. If you end up leaving and causing no damage to the apartment, we will refund you the $ back. Otherwise, we will be using that to repair the place.
