Retired yr old, with two beautiful Staffies, I love to do craft, I have some ladies come over for a good laugh, drinks and craft sometimes, your welcome to join in, or hide 😂 I am a nail technician, but only on myself only these days due to rheumatoid arthritis, might be able to do someone else if they have the time. 🤪 I have one daughter and 2 grandsons that live here in town and another daughter with kids that live at Fernvale. I have many medical issues, but it doesn’t affect anyone else apart from my odd sleeping hours sometimes, however my bedroom is at the opposite end of the house with my own ensuite.
It’s a Great house for light entertaining, no big parties, good size kitchen with dishwasher. I like my kitchen to have no dirty dishes, you use it, clean it and put away, not so hard. I don’t cook much, so I don’t make much mess. I am great company if you want company, but am happy to keep to myself if you want privacy. I smoke in my bedroom and my dogs are inside and out and are loveable but also good security dogs. I have cameras outside everywhere also. Great security. So me smoking and the dogs are deal breakers. You are welcome to smoke also. By December I am supposed to quit due to my heart, as I need a procedure done. 🤞😂🙏
I have an air conditioner just outside your room that directly into your room if you want air con. If you want to set up your own tv and small lounge just outside your room we may be able to squeeze something in, or your room, but the bedroom isn’t huge. Funnily enough there is an antenna plug in the built in cupboard. 😀 I am free to making you feel welcome. Start off as a small period (we can agree on that at the time) to see if you like it here then we can extend the lease. I spend a lot of time in my bed due to my health, or the craft room or outside entertaining. I am ok with shift workers. No animals sorry.
