I currently have a one bedroom that is available for rent in my apartment The1 apartment is a bath apartment you will have free range for everything I do work from home and I work from home from the living room I do not want anyone with pets I don't have any pets myself you're welcome to have company long as they're respectful the room can come furnished or unfurnished and that is something that can be discussed I prefer a single person and no couples you will be responsible for half of the rent half of the light bill half of the water bill and half of the internet bill everything else is totally up to you if you choose to leave the room furnished there will be a fee for that and I think it would be about $ additional I currently need to post pictures of the room itself and I will do so shortly
