Hi! Currently Me and my bf are looking for a roommate which will be $ a month to whoever claims the room with the addition no pets since we already have 3 cats of our own but the $ a month includes Wifi/Utilities/Trash disposal/laundry/private bathroom/walk in closet/food/entertainment/and a full size bed and box springs :) We are also mins away from texarkana texas which means there is a larger city with a mall and really everything! We also do have a $ deposits so the month in move in you will have to pay that months rent plus deposit but the next month will only be $ and so on we also do hope if can stay for atleast a year or more but honestly u can move whenever u want as long as we have like a 2 weeks notice to prepare on our half—— we also never have geust or parties unless its a holiday like Christmas but we dont invite anyone its just something everyone in the house celebrates with eachother
