Utilities included. Single person only please,(no couples) & Non smoking & No pets. Elevator in building and unit is on 4th floor, however ‘Loft’ room is up a flight of stairs (please see photos) with curtain panels to close off the room. Shared Bathroom (includes bath tub and rain shower) Kitchen, Living room & dining area shared space with another smart TV and Netflix downstairs for your enjoyment. Near bus stop, and has secure Bike lock up in building and parking (for a fee) if needed!Prefer a one or 2 month to see how well it goes depending on how we like living in the same space together!
