Super neat. I have 2 cats. My room is furnished but arrangements can be made if necessary. 2 bedrooms, 1 clean bath maid kept. Storage available. Parking can be tricky in the city. Must be able to vibe and first and last's months rent is up front...negotiable if you do direct deposit.
