I am a retired pet groomer. I found myself in this big house and would love to have roommates that are clean, quiet and respectful. I prefer female with no overnight guests. I have my grandkids that live in Denton over on occasion. I have 2 doodles that are non shedding so you must love dogs. My home is in a quiet neighborhood near TWU.
