I am currently renting this room and am trying to find someone to take over, you will be sharing the home with 2 children under and a senior + a father and two teens. We are friendly if you keep it to your room only please and pet friendly as well depending on the type of animal but there is a dollar pet rent which I currently pay as well. You would be in the master bedroom with your own personal bathroom and shower both of which are slim as you can see in the pictures keep that in mind. The room comes with a lock and key so you can lock up your room. In the pictures you can see check marks, all of which that are green come with the room except the TV and the mattress as it's dirty and wouldn't be acceptable for a new person everything else is there. Where the bed currently stands is actually the closet but we removed the doors as it made the room bigger in our opinion we are more than able to put the doors back and make it a closet again. Besides the room there is a kitchen and living area both are able to be used but the living room is housed by PCs as my father in law likes to create systems and they can take up space. There is washer and dryer available as long as you purchase your own detergent and clean up after yourself. Very good area great for a couple or student as we are 5 min from downtown Riverside, across the street from a park, and min away from both RCC and UCR you also get parking for a maximum of 2 cars.
