Gated, pool/gym/tennis courts on property, valet trash. Shared living spaces are furnished. Available Dec 1, available to tour November . I work as a music teacher and my partner works in fitness, our dog (Ravioli) works as a DJ in his spare time— totally joking, but he is a sweetheart who’s either in his crate or our room. We are ok with pets, however we are very allergic to cats unfortunately. Given this is a lease takeover, the good thing is you will not have to pay a security deposit, however you will have to pay a $ to apply and qualify 3x your rent to be added to the lease to legally reside in the complex. We hope to find a roommate we can call a friend and occasionally watch a terrible netflix reality show over wine with:)
