First, Last, & Security at move in. -Unit shares (roof deck ’ / kitchen/ living room/ guest room / storage closets/ basement storage), with myself & medium sized, adult, male mutt. 🤍-Top two floors make up the apartment, layout is spacious, colorful and gets lots of sun light, the guest room shares my bathroom and is available to any guests visiting. It’s located centrally in the upstairs hallway, between all the bedrooms. -No wheelchair access unfortunately, lots of stairs! 😅-Friendly long term neighbors make up the clean and watchful environment on our block, the spot is less than a minute walk to BSL subway stop, less than a 1 minute walk to route bus stop.I’ve lived here going on three years, it’s a great home in a nice neighborhood.
