The house has been recently renovated with new paint, with a huge backyard and 3 car garage for storage. The house is fully furnished in the common areas, so only looking for a minimalist roommate that will furnish her own room. My parents live in the room downstairs. 2 rooms roughly around and can comfortably fit a full/queen size bed, tall dresser, and desk. And a room that has its walk in closet. No pets (allergic), drugs, and preferably no overnight guests.Rent will be $, everything included (SDG&E, internet, water, trash).
