Midwesterner (born in Canada) retired guy. Happy with life and enjoying everyday. I have been going to Palm Springs for several winters. My previous place where I stayed for years is now not available. College educated and worked in the Publishing technology and software industry. Single and healthy. Non-smoker very clean and respectful. Also a good cook and love being outside. I am a watercolor artist and would like a place to paint during the day. Pool/hot tub would also be great!
