Private bottom floor room w/ in-room full bath in an amazing SqFt townhouse (~$M). The room will be emptied and professionally cleaned this weekend. 2nd floor common area includes the kitchen/living room fully furnished w/ large couch and big TV :) The 2nd floor also has a half bath, laundry, and balcony. I would be the only other occupant but I have 7yo kids (twins) stay over for 2 weekends per month upstairs (3rd level) and a 9yo super friendly mini French Bulldog . I'd use the garage but it has lots of storage space and shelving. All outside parking is not assigned so you can park anywhere and I can always save a spot if you're out late. The villa de este community (complex) is very family friendly and has a great community. There's quick access to both . Overall it's a really great spot which is why I want to sublet rather than move. Ideally looking for someone easy going and good vibes/trustworthy since my kids would be around 4 days a month.
