Apartment has in unit laundry, dishwasher, patio, attached 2 car garage, and private entrance. Complex is gated with a pool/jacuzzi, picnic area and playground. Rent is $ (water, sewer, trash included) we would split gas/electric/internet. Property manager requires application and security deposit.
