Hi!! My name is Amy and I’m looking for one roommate to move in with me. I have a bath condo on the th floor (gorgeous views) in beautiful downtown San Diego- Gaslamp/Marina District. The best neighborhood in my opinion! My lease expires end of March . The room is ready to move in, unfurnished, walk-in closet, and has a detached bathroom all for you! Monthly rent will be $ + utilities/internet. There is an in unit washer/dryer, security, pool, hot tub, gym, and you will have your own personal parking spot! (Very important when living downtown!)
I am a young professional and work from home ( Mon-Fri) so ideally, you don’t also work from home, so we’re not in each other‘s way on a day-to-day basis.
Ideally, my future roomie is clean, kind, and respectful and is OK, with cats (I have 2, Tucker and Gismo- they are sweet little baby boys)
