Hi! I’m Kay. I'm twenty three and live in a beautiful luxury apartment. I consider myself an easy-going and great roommate. I'm not a clean freak, but I do keep things tidy and organized— definitely not messy! I work in the nightlife industry, so l often have late hours, but I'm respectful of the space and others. I enjoy a calm and relaxing home environment but don't mind hosting a party every now and then. I'm fun, laid-back, and easy to get along with. Also, I have two friendly cats who roam the apartment, so being okay with pets is a must! Rent split would be fourteen hundred but I’m willing to work with you on budget.
