Looking for a down to earth, kind and fun female to rent a room out to. You would have full access to the kitchen, backyard, living room (with nice TV) the art/makeup room, and your own bathroom (must be kept clean as it doubles as the guest bathroom (I rarely have guests lol) I do have animals so no pets aloud sadly. Rent includes utilities.
