We have a private bedroom/bathroom available in a detached back house in a brand new constructiont in Yorba Linda. The house is on a large half-acre lot and backs up to a horse trail. We are near the Yorba Linda Lakebed, which has a three mile walking trail around it. You would be sharing the house with a male professional who is clean and responsible and an all-around great guy. The pictures do not show it, but there is a fully covered patio off the back fo the house. Lease price includes all utilities, even WiFi. There is a washer and dryer inside the guesthouse. No pets.
