It is not a walk-out basement, the main entrance will be shared by the landlord & tenant. Two nice walk-in closets. Very close to Vienna metro stations & bus is right around the corner. Next to Fair City Mall. Groceries & shopping outlet is within walking distance. I prefer a tenant who loves to live in a very clean & quiet environment. The basement will be rented to single females only.
