Roommate now is moving out November 1st. Looking for someone to move in then because I really like living here. Random information: Top of duplex is empty. I live on the bottom half. Laundry is in the basement so one flight down and free. Parking is free, we have an alley that leads to the back of the house- along with fire pit and raised garden bed that I built with my brother. Utilities are not included in rent, it varies depending on the season but it’s cheap to split in half! Location is really nice, great neighbors, great landlord-i’ve been living in the duplex for 6 years. Walking distance to restaurants, bus stops,community park..etc I’m looking for someone who is tidy, that’s very important. Hopefully more introverted like myself because i like to keep to myself. Don’t really like having people over- i’d rather go out if i am feeling social. Some things about me: and Lesbian who is partnered. I am a horticultural technician, so basically I work outside with plants. I like a calm and peaceful atmosphere, usually got music playing. I love art, trying new things, outdoor activities. That adorable dog in the photo is Koda, he is my roommate’s- the one that is moving out. so he won’t be living with anymore- I do not have any fur babies but they are certainly welcome! I love animals. …This place is not fancy by any means but it’s hella cheap! and always clean :)
