The renter will have access to a large covered back porch that accommodates a grill, smoker, projector, projector screen with Fire stick TV, Hammocks, lounge area, and Hot tube. There is a dedicated office with an available workstation for you to use as well. Perfect for a work from home situation! The furnished space will include private Bedroom and bathroom, with a Queen bed, nightstand and chest of drawers. The bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house, and are separated by a full kitchen, living room and hallway. The room would rent for $ per month and that would include all utilities and amenities. A little bit about me, I commute and work in Asheville. I am a -yr old and an LGBTQ male, I have 4 dogs Max & Fifi (standard poodles) and Bella & Pip (Yorkies) they do like attention and are all hypoallergenic. I am pet friendly home and would allow at least 1 small dog. I am allergic to cats, so unfortunately no cats sorry. I am very neat and organized, I spend a lot of time outdoors in the yard. I enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, and just relaxing on the deck. This is a Smoke & drug free household. I am a social drinker and enjoy time with family and friends doing cookouts on occasion.
