Hi there! We are renting 1 of our spare rooms in our 5 bed house. The room will be unfurnished, but beside your own private bathroom. Theres a flex space upstairs that we have set up as a mini living room if you would like to use that as well. The backyard is fenced in and we are pet friendly! (No cats as I am sadly allergic to the lil fluff nuggets.)
