Starting in November/December I will be looking for a new housemate for my home in Hollywood. Free rent (I had to put a nonzero number for my listing) exchange for taking care of my butterfly garden and my large dog Lucy when I travel, and cleaning the house every week. House is very safe (locked front gate, hurricane windows and Lucy), and nice with a butterfly garden on a canal. jacuzzi, steam room, washer/dryer, full kitchen, .... I am a professor of oceanography {professoro} who eats very healthy {att.} and { n e t} does not drink. Cannabis friendly outside only. I am looking for a female who has experience with large dogs, is a morning person (I get up between very early), who is mature, pet free, and is into jam band music since I play live concerts all of the time. My dog does not like most males and will not let any other pet on the property. I haven't turned on the mailbox here.
