Our unique house has lots of cool spaces to hang out, including a sound proof bonus room in the backyard that has a rooftop lounge with a city view, game/movie room, home bar, workshop station, live music corner, weather protected patio furniture, cool lighting, and more projects on the way like a sauna/BBQ nook, climbing wall, home gym, rooftop glamping tent, and maybe even a quail coop! Our house has been renovated with a full modern kitchen, bathrooms, washer & dryer, tile/hardwood, and a 4 car driveway!
