Rent includes the following: All utilities included (electric / internet / water), access to downstairs living area, kitchen, and washer / dryer. Myself and my children are the only people who live in the home, we are a Christian family, who believes that the Bible is the Word of GOD, and we practice this within our home. Rules for the home are as follows: There is no alcohol, drugs, smoking (includes vaping), or firearms allowed within the home. If you do smoke or drink, I simply request for you to do so outside of the home is all, as I do not permit these things within the home or around my children.
