I am seeking a roommate to apply with me at Legends at River Oaks Apartment Homes. Needs to make at least $ a month and have good to fair credit. I am looking to share a 2 bedroom but am willing to go for the 3 bedroom if we can get three people or if you are willing to cover a larger amount of rent. I am not sure about the deposit or parking fees but will update when I know for sure.
