About me
I’m Evan, and I’m trying to rent out the third bedroom of my house. My mom owns it, my brother, boyfriend, and I are renting it from her but have a spare bedroom. It doesn’t have a private bath, but there are bathrooms to use, so it’s a step up to some degree. It’s the smallest bedroom but it’s got more in a house compared to being in an apartment of similar price like more square feet, bigger kitchen, backyard, laundry room, etc. My boyfriend and I are hoping to be able to be cool with whoever does rent out the room, so hopefully we have similar interests to some degree (anime, video games, sports, cats, gym). Our house is pretty organized with our clutter throughout the week and then we clean it back to normal every weekend so we’re adamant about stuff like that.
